¡Bienvenidos! Esta es una serie de algunos de mis ejercicios favoritos de improvisación que enseño en mi teatro y en todo el mundo.
Short videos meant to teach you how to play games and exercises that are part of my classes and curriculum. This will be helpful for past and current students or those with no previous experience.
Thank you to Kyra Mylina Thaysen and the World Improv Network for interviewing me about Tech and Improv. It was an honor to be a guest on their Heroes of Improv series.
In 2008, I directed the ImprovBoston 48-hour film project submission. We got drama and chose to stay true to the style. This is truly one of my favorite short films that I got to work on. It stars Patrick French, Megan Goltermann, Steve Delfino, Chris Consilvio, John Serpico, Shannon Connolly and Matt Micari and filmed by Zach Kuperstein and editing by Matt McLaughlin. Music by Steve Gilbane. Written by Don Schuerman, Megan Goltermann and Steve Delfino.
In 2008, I directed this fun little commercial for a competition held by a growing little company called Zipcar. Amazingly, my submission won! Shot by Brian Retchless, Edited by Matt McLaughlin, Music by Steve Gilbane, and Starring Maitland Lederer and Brian Bridges. Many thanks to Daniel Lee White as well for his help on this one.
I once again chat with my friend Margot Escott. This time we talk about Accessibility and Diversity in Improv.
An Improv Comedy Podcast hosted by Lauren Morris
The Improv Town Podcast with Clayton Michaud
I speak about my career in Improv and using this art for social change. We also do a 2-prov scene with Pedro and Esmeralda!
Thank you so much to Kevin Scott for interviewing me for the Centralia podcast to discuss building a community. When I first met Kevin, he was part of Burn Manhattan and I had an opportunity to take a workshop with them in the late 90s. To this day, it was one of the most influential and definitive moments in my improv career.
